Shipping and delivery of products

the following is information pertaining to the delivery of products:

1. shipping has a cost depending on the size/weight ratio of the product purchased and is shown in the purchase process. We offer a choice of multiple couriers to provide standard or expedited shipping times at the best market conditions.
2. the shipment can be made at your home or at a delivery point in your area, in the second case you must indicate the pickup point of the chosen courier, where you intend to receive your order.

Delivery of the products you order will take place within 6 days from the date of transmission of your order.

As soon as the Courier will take charge of your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the shipment that will indicate the tracking number of your order. Shipments to Italy will be processed using UPS, TNT or BRT courier. The couriers deliver Monday through Friday during office hours and it is not possible to schedule deliveries by appointment. Should there be any schedule problems, we recommend opting for a courier with a delivery point in close proximity to your home/work place.
