The FiberTek water filter uses the latest technology combining powdered activated carbon and lead absorbent material, resulting in longer filter life, higher flow rate, and greater contaminant removal than other water filters. FiberTek is highly effective in reducing chlorine, taste and odor. FiberTek contains lead-reducing media and is certified in the U.S. for the reduction of cysts, including Cryptosporidium and Giardia. *The FiberTek water filter does not remove fluoride.

CarbonPlus is an airtight encapsulated filter that is hygienically protected from external sources of contamination. Inside, the filter mass is composed of vegetable activated carbon from coconut shells, sintered and compacted. The applied process makes the filter mass a compact block with a filtration degree of 0.5 micron (thousandths of a millimeter).

The special filter attachment mechanism, allows the replacement operation to be carried out in seconds. To remove it, simply rotate the filter cartridge counterclockwise 45° and pull out. This operation allows you to shut off the water and unhook the cartridge in one move, without tools.

CarbonPlus is very effective in removing Chlorine, Odors and Tastes. The filter mass contained within is also effective in reducing Lead and certified for the removal of Cysts, including Cryptosporidium and Giardia, as well as meeting the requirements for NSF/ANSI Standards 42 and 53.
