Right of withdrawal
Our aim is to ensure its complete satisfaction. If for some reason not to be satisfied with your order you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from the day you have received the products purchased on www.https://shop.aquaeurope.eu/en/trattamento-acqua-potabile. The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date of their receipt. You can charge a courier of your choice or request at 0331.464982 or by email at sales@aquaeurope.eu the withdrawal to your address or withdrawal point. The shipping costs of the product are at its expense and will be retained from the balance, in case we have requested the withdrawal through our affiliated courier.
Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal shall be exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
- The return must be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery
- Products must not be used, installed, tampered
- The products must be returned in their original packaging
- Products made must be delivered to the courier within 14 working days from the date on which it received the products
AQUA EUROPE Srl reserves the right not to accept products, used, damaged, tampered with. If the product has been tested, AQUA EUROPE Srl will charge the customer with the costs of replacing filters/components, necessary to restore the appliance as a new one.
If you have complied with all the conditions required, you will be refunded, within 14 days of receipt of the return, the entire price of the products purchased or the entire price deducted from the transport costs (in case it has been made at our expense), or deducted from the costs of restoring the product, if the same has been used.
If your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions, you will be contacted by the Customer Service. In this case, you may choose to obtain the products purchased at your expense. If you refuse, AQUA EUROPE Srl reserves the right to retain the products or the amount corresponding to them.
How to make a return

- Enter the following details: order number, quantity, short description of the problem and finally attach photos.
- Wait for a feedback from our customer service.
Time and refund mode
Once the returned products are delivered to the warehouse, check the integrity of the same, AQUA EUROPE Srl, will issue the refund according to the payment methods you have chosen at the time of the order. Whatever payment method you use for the purchase of the returned products (credit/debit card, transfer), the refund will be made by AQUA EUROPE Srl within 14 working days of the date on which the latter has become aware of the exercise of its right of withdrawal, after verifying that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the above conditions.
The actual time for the re-accreditation or return of the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
- purchase by credit/debit card: the actual re-accreditation date depends on the institution that issued the credit/debit card. We inform you that the re-accreditation currency date will in any case be the same as the charge, so it will not suffer any loss in terms of banking interests
In case of purchase with SOISY funding or SCALAPAY installment, once received the products in accordance with the return procedures, AQUA EUROPE Srl will communicate to the partner credit company, its willingness to withdraw from the chosen installment program and proceed to cancel the financing / commitment to payment instalment. It is understood that any costs exposed by SOISY / SCALAPAY for the instructor / cancellation of the practice, will be at its sole expense.
